About Caylee Palmisano Speech Therapy Inc.
Caylee Palmisano Speech Therapy Inc. grew from a vision of speech therapy that is truly holistic, neurodiversity-affirming, and centered on the whole person. Drawing from extensive experience in both clinical and educational settings, Caylee recognized the need for care that is deeply personalized, practical, and collaborative. She created this practice to offer a welcoming environment where families gain confidence in supporting their child’s growth, and where adults with developmental differences can take the lead in achieving goals that matter to their daily lives.

From play-based pediatric support to functional, life-skills-centered therapy for adults, Caylee is here to walk alongside clients and families at every stage of their communication journey. Her practice provides the guidance, connection, and tools needed to foster authentic communication, independence, and self-advocacy across the lifespan.
About Caylee
Caylee entered the field to follow her passion for empowering individuals across the lifespan, helping both children and adults gain the confidence to express themselves authentically and navigate the world on their own terms. She brings extensive experience across clinical and educational settings, working alongside diverse populations and diagnoses — including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), expressive and receptive language differences, motor speech disorders, dyslexia, and complex genetic or sensory needs.

Caylee individualizes therapy for every client and family, tailoring care around their unique values, routines, and personal goals. She uses a holistic, interest-based approach to build genuine engagement and motivation — whether through play based therapy for young children or functional, real world skill building for adults. By prioritizing social emotional well-being, mindfulness, and self-acceptance, Caylee creates a supportive environment where clients of all ages can build effective communication strategies, advocate for themselves, and thrive.
